Everybody's got 'em, glowing reports from Joe from St. Joseph and Ann of Ann Arbor. And we get them, too. In fact, we think of client praise as untaxable income. So we're showing a small selection below, not too many, just a taste, and a few photos.

The important part is that these folks are real, and many of them have placed additional commissions with Desert Craftsmen. Fully 23% of our business is repeat business, and that's high praise indeed. Which we wouldn't be able to do without our discerning client base.

Dear Desert Craftsmen;  

Finally I have e-mail again. We got the umbrella stand.  I love it. It seems a little tall but I haven't had a chance to take it to the mountains and put our walking sticks in it. I'll let you know'  but  I gave you the stick measurements so I'm  thinking  it will be good.  Wow I love your work, the finish  is superb.  I'll  be needing  a small side table , but I have to get wait to move in the other furniture  to get the correct size. ( we're still waiting for the building inspector to give us final on the project) I'll be in touch.

I organized to have the furniture delivered on Friday for 'Birthday Presentation'. My husband really likes them. He told me he thought something was up for the past several months but wasn't quite sure what the heck I had been up to.
 
The green cushions are perfect and, although I had been worried about the size of the chair (being too small), I can see I had nothing to worry about. Goodness, you really could almost fit two people on one! 
  
Now all we have to do is get them up to PA where they will occupy an honored place in our great room there.
 
The stool is lovely. I decided to keep it in our house here in Flemington were I will be able to appreciate it all year. You're right, it is like getting something extra for your money. Kind of like opening a surprise gift on Christmas. I just love that!

I would like to show my further appreciation for your work by putting a little blurb about "Desert Craftsmen" into the summer news letter I do for our lake community in PA. The table more than met my expectations. It's just beautiful and is perfect behind my sofa -- in a spot where it will be admired by all who enter my family room. I spent a considerable amount of time -- and will probably spend more -- arranging some decorative objects and books to adorn it in just the right way.

And I loved looking at the pictures of the table as it was created -- especially the "Ahhhh" moment.

You have my permission to use my name and city in connection with the table, and I will certainly distribute your cards to visitors who ask where I got the gorgeous table -- as they will.

And definitely thanks for the discount coupon -- there's no doubt I will be using it in the future.

Dear Desert Craftsmen,

I drove to the neighbor's today and picked up the box which I couldn't unpack until a few minutes ago.   The stand is  just perfect! I wish I could take it down to the hallway right now and transfer all the umbrellas and make it seem at home. But that will happen Christmas morning. I will take photos so you can see how beautifully it fits in.  The entire endeavor has been a wonderful experience and I'm very grateful that you were able to make the stand so quickly.
